Randall Jacobs

Randall Jacobs, known to many as "Spanky”, sings the high notes with Crimson City Quartet.  Along with utilizing his exceptional singing talent, he is also the sound engineer for the group.  Randall, a native of Silas, AL, has many years of experience performing Southern Gospel music.  He began with the Branchmen Quartet where he sang tenor and played the bass guitar.  He later sang with Heaven's Echoes, prior to forming a group called Trinity.  Randall's  unique  ability to sing those very high  notes  with  tremendous  power  and voice control, plus

having thirteen recordings to his credit, certainly characterizes him as one of the finest tenor singers in Southern Gospel music.  And if singing tenor and engineering sound for Crimson City isn't enough for Randall, he also accompanies Bobby playing bass guitar.  He is truly a multi-talented quartet man.
