January 2009
Where has the time gone? Seems like it
was just yesterday we were at the New Year's
Eve sing at BEXLEY BAPTIST CHURCH in
Lucedale MS. As usual we had a great
time there with some of our dear friends.
Each time we sing there it gets better and
better. The food was awesome as usual,
especially the deer meat and gravy. |

We sang in Panama City, FL At the EMERALD COAST SOUTHERN
GOSPEL ASSOCIATION’S annual sing at the
end of January. It was so much fun
this year and I think it was the best its
ever been. It was like we were in
church all weekend long. The crowds
averaged around 2000 each night.
Friday night the ECSGMA members sang with
special guest BRIAN FREE AND ASSURANCE.
Saturday night we sang and there was a
surprise group to appear, NAOMI AND THE
SEGOS. Let me tell you this, they
can still sing and they left the crowd on
there feet wanting more.
We were nominated this year for 5 awards, but
unfortunately we didn’t win but it was nice
to be nominated. We were up for
QUARTET, GROUP, SONG AND ALBUM of the
year. Bobby was also nominated for
stage musician of the year.
We have started working on a new recording and getting
ready to go back to the studio. We
have another original DAVID TODD song
and it’s going to be great. He's the
one who wrote "FEEL GOOD FEELING"
just for us. We are also looking at
some other songs from some Southern Gospel
song writers, from as far away as CANADA.
Not sure how they found us but I'm so glad
they did. So be looking for some new
and exciting things coming soon.
Keep us in your prayers and please come out
and support us when we are in your area.
God bless,
